Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve as soon as possible.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Refund on sales and clearance items may be eligible for store credit. Contact us at contactus@brightbluebug.com.
 Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

     

    Refunds

    Once our warehouse receives your returned product, we will notify you through email or text that we have received your returned item.

     Once your returned product satisfies the conditions above we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     Purchases made with a gift card will be processed as store credit. 
     Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

       

      Exchanges

      Due to high cost of shipping and handling fees we do not offer exchanges.
