Currently we ship to Canada, United Kingdom and United States. Our shipping is FREE on all orders over $50 USD for the countries mentioned above.

It takes us 1-3 business days to process your order.

You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is processed. 

Free Shipping over $50 USD: Approximately 15-30 days

Standard Shipping ($9.99 USD): Approximately 15-30 days

Express Shipping (if available - $55 USD): Approximately 7-15 days

Shipping times are approximate and depends on where your country is located, your postal office, and custom practices.

 

Lost and Damaged Items

We do not assume responsibility for packages that have been lost or damaged during transit. In this situation, please contact your local post office for assistance and contact us at contactus@brightbluebug.com. 

 

Customs Taxes & duties

You are responsible for all custom taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

For customers that have won products or received free products as part of any contest are responsible for all custom taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

Bright Blue Bug is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Bright Blue Bug to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any charges.

Once the product reaches the country of destination, your local postal office will distribute the item for delivery. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal office for any issues that might arise after the product reaches the destination country.

Your order might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times.
